Immigration
Cost of Application: Aside the home office fees and Immigration Health Surcharge which varies depending on the type of application and the composition of the applicants such as where there are dependents accompanying the main applicant, you will also need to pay legal fees to this firm.
We do not operate a one fixed size fits all regime to the fees we charge for immigration matters. The legal costs may vary and would depend upon several factors including the type of application and the complexities of the applicant’s circumstances, the time-frame within which the work is to be undertaken for instance on an expedited basis. We would usually have an initial consultation meeting with you which attracts a fee of £150.00 to discuss with you to ascertain your requirements and to determine the best options for you. Upon your instructions to our solicitors to represent you, we are prepared to negotiate a fee that would be suitable for you and the firm.
