2. Bank/Telegraphic Transfer: £25.00 - £60.00

3. Leasehold Property Resale pack: £180.00 - £1,000.00

4. Property Fraud Fee: £10.00

5. Property Searches: £250.00 - £450.00

6. Stamp Duty land tax: payable if property is worth more than £125,000.00

7. Transfer of Ownership: (averages) £200.00 - £300.00
